Price per Minute Calculation

To calculate a price per minute that yields €0.55 per kWh:

1. Determine how much energy (in kWh) the charger delivers per minute.
2. Multiply that by €0.55 per kWh.

Step 1: kWh per minute
7.36 kW ÷ 60 = 0.12267 kWh/min

Step 2: Price per minute
0.12267 × 0.55 = €0.0675 per minute

Final Result:
Charge €0.0675 / min (6.75 cents/min) to earn €0.55 / kWh.

How Payments Work

• EV drivers pay for their charging sessions directly in the ChatNCharge app.
• After each completed session, your earnings are added to your Host Wallet.
• ChatNCharge deducts a small platform fee per transaction (clearly shown after session).

How to Withdraw

Payouts are processed manually upon request. Here’s how to get your earnings:

1. Send an email to chatncharge@gmail.com
2. Use the subject line: "Payout Request – [Your Full Name]"
3. Include your preferred payout method:
   • Bank Transfer (IBAN required)
   • PayPal (Email address required)
4. Specify the amount you wish to withdraw (minimum €20)

Our team will verify your balance and process the payout within 3 business days.

Important Notes

• There are currently no automatic payouts or in-app withdrawal settings.
• You can request a payout at any time your balance exceeds €20.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your payout is sent.
